岗位2：产品技术员    招聘数：2

1. 积极参与样品生产，改善和解决样品生产的问题

Actively involve in sample production, making improvements and solving issues

 in samples production.

2. 负责整理产品生产工艺流程图

Produce product process flow chart.

3. 协助跟进产品开发，必要时进行可靠性测试等

Assist in product development phase, perform reliability testing as needed 

and so on.

4. 负责处理产品的图纸跟材料清单

Processing product drawings and BOMs.

5. Responsible for projects and tasks that were assigned by superior.

岗位3：助理设计工程师   招聘数：2

1. Develop and review technical product designs

开发并审核产品工艺设

2. Generate drawings of components

画组件图纸

3. Develops documentation for new products

编制新产品文件

4. Conducts product testing

指导产品测试

5. Works with Customers and a group of engineers to establish product manufacturing and testing processes. Use statistical principles to determine the highest yield, lowest cost and acceptable quality limit processes for the specific product and market requirements.

与客户及工程师团队一起建立产品制程及测试流程，利用统计法则为特定的产品及市场需求制定符合最高产能，最低成本及合格质量水平要求的流程。

6. Utilize DFMEA and PPAP type principals to establish product control plans. Work with Quality Engineering on necessary control points and key process characteristics. Use process capability data to determine sampling frequencies and sampling plans.

利用DFMEA及PPAP原则建立产品管理计划。与品质工程人员一起确定产品必要的控制要点及关键的工艺特性。利用制程能力数据来决定打样频率及打样计划。

7. As a team with production personnel management, establish operator, technician and maintenance operating procedures. Assist the development of procedures and guidelines for HR to establish an appropriate program for manufacturing personnel training and certification requirements.

与生产管理团队一起组建操作员、技术员（团队），（制定）设备运作程序，协助HR建立合适的产线人员培训流程和生产认证指引。

8. As a team with the Quality Engineering group, establish and measure key process indices for positive and negative trends. Utilize this data to redesign the products to improve the level of manufacturing performance and drive Continuous improvement activities.

与品质工程部门一起建立及权衡用于正负趋势图的关键工序指标。利用上述数据重新设计产品以提升生产水平，并推动持续改进活动。

9. Work with program teams in the US and China to provide technical support for US based product transfers and new designs.

与美国及中国的项目团队一起为美国产品转移、新设计提供技术支持。

岗位4： 助理品质工程师     招聘数：2

1.NPI quality assurance, includes reliability test, quality issue review, quality document creation, etc.

新产品品质保证，主要包括可靠性试验，品质问题处理，品质文件制作等。

2.In process quality control and improvement, includes process quality issue review, process acceptance rate monitoring and continuous improvement, QC training, etc.

在线品质管控和改善，主要包括制程品质问题处理，制程品质持续改善，QC培训等。

3.Customer complaint treatment, includes quality meeting leader, 8D report, corrective actions follow-up, customer audit assistant, etc.

客户投诉处理，主要包括主导客诉会议，撰写8D报告，改善对策跟进，客户稽核等。

4.Quality document treatment, includes QAL, control plan, SQDC, weekly report, etc.

品质文件处理，主要包括QAL，CP，SQDC Board，周报等。

岗位5：助理采购员     招聘数：2

1. 处理物料采购订单，发货时间的确认和跟踪。确保物料库存与需求匹配。

Process material purchase orders, schedule shipment dates and order follow ups. Verify material inventory levels as required.

2. 货源开发和新产品的样品物料跟进，执行降低成本程序

Material sourcing and sampling to support new product development and cost reduction programs.

3. 协调供应商，财务部，品质部及工程部的工作

Coordination of all major activities between suppliers, finance, quality and engineering.

4. 负责成本降低管理，改善供应商的业绩和维护良好的工作关系

Cost reduction, improving supplier performance and maintaining sound supplier relationship.

5. 维护 ISO的信息管理和执行

Maintaining ISO information and ensuring compliance.

6. 支援采购组其他成员的工作
